K&A was the main consultant of this entire pioneering project from concept design to construction supervision. The St. Regis Dubai is part of Al Habtoor City Hotels Complex, a 5+ star Hospitality Development located at a Business Bay community which consists of three hotels (The St. Regis, the Westin and the W-Dubai hotels), Water Theater and Festival Dining Restaurants.

The opening of the St. Regis Hotel in November 2015 marked the brand’s luxury debut in Dubai. Influenced by the beaux-arts architecture of the original St. Regis New York, K&A designed St. Regis Dubai Hotel with a bright and airy ambiance, impeccable detailing, and luxurious touches, inspired by the 18th century accentuated classical design.
